Seems like a nice place. But they have no units available to view, and no waiting list (you just have to keep calling them back to see if something has become available).

Upgraded units are a joke. They charge extra if you want non carpet floor and extra for washer + dryer in the unit. When I asked if they will reimburse me for those since they can market it as an upgraded unit and charge more for the things I paid for, they said no. So basically I'm giving them an extra $200 or so, so they can one day have an upgraded property at my expense. What a rip off. I also want to add, the living room is more like a foyer cause it was that small.

The office hours do not accommodate working schedules and while the office it nice it nullifies the amenities that are offered there. It also makes paying rent and the gas bill difficult. While you can pay online there is an additional fee for that service.
