It's a good place to live. The apartments are in good condition, the grounds are clean and it's close to shopping. They pool and gym are nice. The staff are kind and efficient.
Maintenance men are always courteous and efficient. Ladies in the office are quick to assist with problems and give information. My apartment is nice. I feel the price is fair for what we are receiving.
I have lived here for over a year and love my apartment. The landscaping is always up kept and enjoy using the basketball court in the summer. Compared to most places in town I think the rent is reasonable for what you get. Office & maintenance are always helpful and quick to respond.
I recommend The Enclave.
Moved in here thinking the gate, security cameras, and nightly security patrol were helpful, but car got broken into and locked up bike was stolen off our 3rd floor patio. The office staff were zero help when it came to the thefts. They made me fill out a report and wouldn't let me view the camera footage unless it was an official investigation. Filed a police report who contacted the Enclave for footage, but the footage was "expired". The time between theft and police report completion was 5 days.
The carpet was gross on move-in, should have been replaced. We thought we could just clean it, but the stains are still present over a year later and no doubt it will be taken out of our deposit.
Numerous pest problems. Mold everywhere in the bathroom and windows.
Units are absurdly expensive for what you get and they keep raising the rent. Now they require tenant liability insurance which is another $20 per month. Have to pay extra for washer/dryer.
For the love of all that is good do not be fooled by this AWFUL complex. Yes, the units are pretty when they are shown to you and it looks like a lovely place to live. I am very budget conscious and also very safety conscious. Willing to make sacrifices to get both those things. This place is NOT WORTH IT. Please do not waste your time. When I moved in I was charged over 2 grand in deposits and fees. I meticulously documented and photographed the apartment at move in. The complex harassed me over my dog while turning their head at my neighbors dogs. I once had an issue where my toilets water would not stop running and it was running up my water bill. I gave them permission to enter while I was at work and came home to find the maintenance man had used all my clean towels and my CLOTHES from my laundry basket to soak up the toilet water and then tossed them soaking wet on the carpet in the hallway. I called them about it and they told me sorry but oh well. I had to toss half of the clothes because they were damaged and ruined by the gross water. The apartments above were constantly flooding and doing damage to my unit and I was told at LEAST 10 different time they would need me to be present at my apartment all day for them to come inspect and I had to call in to work to wait for them.
The worst of all though was when I moved out.
Remember that $2000+ I paid in deposits? Well I was expecting to get a pretty good chunk of that back. Especially since the apartment was nicer than when I moved in. I got sick of their awful service and had multiple repairs and cosmetic issues fixed on my own dime in the time I had lived there. I got $200 back. I even asked for a note of proof when I dropped off my keys and ended up charged for them and told the note "wasn't sufficient evidence"
I could go on but character limits will stop me here
