New management has been great they are definitely getting things done. I appreciate all the work they have been putting in since they started here early March.

Have been living here for 3 years with my family and has been a good experience. Very great community and wonderful neighbors and people. Breeza is very helpful and always there when we need to fix something or have a problem. Since Breeza has became management alot has gotten taken care of. The management team is awesome. We have been given a second chance and truly grateful.

The new Manager Bri is so rude and has no business being a manager. She has zero people skills and is extremely unprofessional. The rest of the office staff is not much better. The dog park is a joke teaming with bacteria from not being kept clean. The dont enforce the dog rules in respect that there are MANY aggressive breeds that they have allowed to live there. Many people have more than one dog that they cant control. Dont even think about complaining about anything because it probably wont get done or worse yet they wont renew your lease and tell you to move. I know that this is happening because it happened to a friend of mine and another friend was told since she complains so much she should move and they would let here out of here lease! So unprofessional. This is her solution instead of taking the time to talk to them and try to resolve the issue.

Far drive from all things Reno. While living there my garbage disposal was stopped up and backing up into my sink (huge mess and smell). Maintenance never came to fix it. I called multiple times and they said they fix things in the order they receive orders. Management was extremely rude and shoved papers in my face when I came to the office ask about the garbage disposal issue. I thought my problem would have been escalated but we ended up fixing it ourself. The shower has a weird PVC pipe coming from the roof, I think. It drips into your shower constantly and makes a huge water stain. You literally have to scrub it every day to keep the stain at bay and are constantly dodging mystery liquid as it drips from the pipe while you are showering. I was wrongly accused so many times of not picking up my dogs waste and for having my car in the driveway/alleyway even though my car was parked in the garage every day. Harassed by my neighbors because they couldnt sit on their patio because my trash bin that was outside my driveway smelled too bad. Place is a joke all around. At the end of my YEAR lease there I had arranged to have my rented furniture picked up and arranged with the office that we had bulk items that needed to be picked up. A week later, when we moved out, they forgot all about these conversations and sent me an email saying i would be charged $180+ To remove the furniture and bulk items. I wonder how many people they get money out of because people dont question them? Be prepared to always be on top of your money while dealing with them. Also, its not a $300 deposit, its a $140 mandatory cleaning fee and $160 mandatory carpet cleaning fee at the end of your lease.. At least thats what they tried to tell me. Dont get deceived, youre not getting any deposit back.

The 3 or 4 star rating for this place in WRONG If you look at the good ratings they go back before the last two managers, since she was transferred to another property the complex has gone downhill in a flash The new mgr acts like a dictator with. No regards for the residents her only concern is fill the rooms Very happy I got out of there
