The amenities are very good, the landscaping is well cared for and repairs are made quickly upon reporting to management. The staff here are also very friendly and caring. It is very comfortable living here.

STAY AWAY! I cant tell you enough, living here is a nightmare and ANY problems you have will not be addressed. The manager is impossible to get a hold of, and always too busy to see you. She is rude and does not handle any complaints about work orders, or any other areas of complaints. The leasing agent who answers the phone, is polite but gives a million excuses and basically tells you shell let the manager know, no matter the numerous problems at Apex the leasing agent will just tell you shell let Jessica know, and then not a dang thing is done about ANYTHING. Believe the bad reviews because theyre They dont answer the phone more then half the time, so good luck getting through! All the bad reviews ant Apex Sky Valley excatly how it is living here. Its gone down hill so bad after numerous change of management from being bought out three times in the last couple years, its at its lowest being owned by FPI out Folsom Ca. After living here, most tenets leave because of the complaints seen here. From work orders not being addressed, mold in units, trash all over the grounds, condemned buildings, and multiple other problems. They deserve no stars, and the whole leasing office gives you the run around on any of these issues. Theyll go as far as trying to turn it on you. Stay far away youll be glad you did

Throughout the nearly 18 months that I resided there, the management consistently showed an awe-inspiring level of ineptitude at nearly every turn. As I have worked in customer service, I was initially predisposed to believe that Apex was doing their best but was simply overwhelmed. Sadly, my generosity was not at all warranted. Apexs management is, in fact, genuinely inept, unresponsive and lazy. Perhaps the most egregious incident that occurred was when the piping beneath our kitchen sink broke, rendering both the sink and dishwasher unusable, making even the most basic kitchen cleanliness nigh impossible. We immediately placed a work order through the online portal (which was actually working, for once) and called management the next day. Management said they would have a plumber out shortly to fix it. I called or went to the office twice a week for the next month. Each time management said the plumber is busy cant get a hold of them sorry for the inconvenience, it will be fixed soon. After a month of this rigamarole, I informed Apex of my intention (in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes) to withhold rent, hire my own plumber, and charge Apex for the expenses. Apex informed me that a plumber would be out the next day, and, lo and behold, they did indeed finally come out and fixed the pipes. Apex: 1) Lost our lease documents and tried to bill us at a higher rate for several months, despite repeated communications with the office. 2) Refused to fix leaks in the roof, causing mold and mildew. 3) Hired snow removal companies which then piled snow onto residents vehicles, which then turned to ice, trapping them in their parking spots. 4) Has a clubhouse, fitness center, and pool, which are only open during business hours (not a major complaint, but just makes them useless to most residents) 5) Managements communications to residents have spelling and grammatical errors that would make a third grader ashamed.

Worst place to live! Would highly recommend people to stay away from this place! Had a bug problem took a month to get someone even out. Called to inform them the sink was flooding and Elizabeth in the office said its not her priority. Flooded the kitchen and made the maintenance guys job harder than needed. Trash is always overflowing everywhere, management does absolutely nothing to fix anything. Worst place to live dont waste your money here

RUN FAST AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT GREAYSTAR REVIEW THE COMPANY SCARY LOTS OF LAWSUITS AND TERRBILE REVIEWS. MADE YOU SIGN 43 PAGE LEASE YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS AND THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY LIKE.

would recommend you to STAY AWAY 1. Management is a joke. And so are the office workers. 2. Walls are VERY THIN. You can hear your neighbors have conversations or their tv. 3. DIRTY. Neighbors are dirty and also trash bins always overflowing and trash is literally everywhere. 4. To expensive for what you get. 5. When you get your apartment dont do the mistake i did and didnt inspect well. The painting was all messed up and i cant request to fix it cause "it was given to me in great shape" but you will pay for it when you leave.
