They made our temporary move easy and pleasant. Our apartment was set up, clean, and ready to live in.
Was a great place to live, it was well maintained and the staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond to help.
The new complex (South) is not pet-friendly as advertised. Instead of grass, the "landscaping" consists of small areas that look like a putting green (with artificial turf) and tiny sand traps; yes, sand like a litter box. Then, just recently, signage went up saying pets are not allowed on the turf! When asked where they were allowed, we were told they were only allowed in the rocks! Rock gardens with large uneven stones. Can't wait to leave...
A little pricey for new apartment owners but very friendly and in a great neighborhood!
I wouldn't recommend this complex. Everything is constantly falling apart, THE ANTS ARE HORRIBLE, and it's not worth the price. When we moved in back in December, there were cracks in the "brand-new hardwood floors". We had already started paying for the upgraded features ($25/mo.). It was laminate flooring and was severely worn down.
We also had to live in our apartment with no heat for the first 3 days in the middle of December.
Ants started to appear once it got warmer outside. When we discovered we had ants, it took them 5 days to send a person to spray the apartment. We had ants crawling in our clothes, bed, shower, everything. The gave us mouse traps for it. They said, "they just have to crawl on it and then they'll be stuck". YOU CAN'T PUT THOSE ANYWHERE WHEN THE ANTS ARE LITERALLY CRAWLING UP THE WALLS.
