Our beautiful community is situated just off the main flow of traffic, convenient to shopping, the bus line and downtown Reno (a big plus for all the UNR students & casino workers)! This ideal location provides easy access to I-80 and McCarran Boulevard. The Truckee River flows right along side our property, so come, relax, and even fish where you live. Enjoy a nice breakfast at Gloria's Cafe right across the street, then take a beautiful nature walk at the Oxbow Nature Park. We have many amenities such as onsite laundry, a beautiful seasonal pool, and a basketball court. We are a pet friendly community! We truly are Reno's best kept secret! We allow up to two pets 20lbs or under per apartment. There is an additional $250 pet deposit per pet with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Our water, sewer and trash utilities are billed though a RUBS program. On average these charges are about $65 a month per person. Power will need to be put in your name with NV Energy.       Not worthy of the rent increase place went downhill quick when a California property management company took over. Kitchen sucks with a tiny fridge and an antique stove single pane windows and a crap ac below it.. gets so cold in winter and unbearable hot in the summer. Utilities are not included anymore so you get price gouged there as well water sewage and trash. Tennis courts are an eyesore and are closed off sprinklers are not aimed correctly so water is everywhere. Its a dump here and going downhill quick and dji management has changed names so you can expect more price increase to increase there profit.

      Shoreline plaza bluntly disseminates section 8 vouchers and would not except my voucher of 1,314 that clearly was enuf to cover the rent, Wouldnt even let me apply when other voucher holders live there .

      This place is terrible for many reasons: 1. This place invented the landlord special. Instead of fixing anything, they just slap a fresh coat of paint on it. My apartment has hundreds of staples in the walls from previous tenants, so what did they do? They just slapped paint over it it. My kitchen cabinets don't close all the way because instead of taking the doors off and the hinges off, they just painted over the whole thing. 2. The windows are not insulated at all. It's freezing in the winter, and boiling in the summer. They also rattle all the time, and you can hear every conversation of people passing by, or the loud music that people play in their cars. 3. The carpet is installed directly over concrete. No carpet pad. So you have to wear socks and slippers all the time or your feet hurt/are cold. 4. Maintenance flat out ignores your maintenance requests. 5. They raise your rent continuously. First of all, the current going rate for this place is $1200 a month. They call it a "junior one bedroom" but it is a studio apartment. You don't get a full sized fridge (you get a dorm fridge). 6. They overcharge for utilities. I tested this out. I was doing the old "if it's yellow, let it mellow" trick, and only took showers if I was going out, turned off the water while brushing my teeth, etc. My water bill went up! I'm pretty sure that instead of paying for your individual apartment's bill, they are going across the board and dividing by the number of residents in the building instead. 7. Going back to my rent being increased: Every time they increase my rent, they make the tiniest change. The last time, they installed new laundry machines in the laundry room (and raised the price to do a load of laundry, of course). This last time, they put new numbers on our doors (but didn't take the time to repaint the doors, or fill in the screw holes, or remove any old nails or staples). Epitome of landlord special. 8. The parking lot is terrible.
