My conversations with the current staff are irregular. It depends who you talk to. Sounds like it might be a good fit for me, however my credit score is 818 and you want 3 1/2 times the rent as income. My income does not show well on an application but I do have other sources of income to tap into. Im pretty frugal so I havent had that problem. I spoke with someone earlier in the year they were great and it seems as though there is been a change in the staffing. They sounded young and dumb. By dumb I mean they have no customer service training or else they are Unfortunately getting away with iit. Maybe you need to increase their wage for training or else higher people that are older and more capable. Otherwise known as common sense! I am moving to Reno on September 30. I will stay in temporary housing until I can find some thing that is actually honest and intelligent.

I love this Apartment they nice but the things is that they not opening the gym please open the gym for us we need to use it I moved in this apartment because of the gym.

Nicole the office manager is a total witch. She is very condecending in the way that she speaks to residents and is just not a nice person. She is training her assistants in the office to respond to tenants in that same way. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants to be treated as a human being. The property is awful for the amount of rent they are asking for. The maintainance people are inadequate and this place is just horrible. I'm so glad I don't live there anymore!!!!
