Its nice and they keep the grass good all this place needs are balconys.

The bathroom and kitchen are in horrible condition. The bathroom ceiling frequently floods, the refrigerator leaks, the cabinets are falling apart and some don't close. The bathtub grout is coming out and needs to be re-applied. The maintenance guy is very nice and shows up immediately, but he is trying to save a sinking ship. The apartments are in dire need of renovation.

These apartment are really run down. The maintenance guy does his best, but you guys really need to do some updates. Every day when my neighbor takes a shower water leaks through the ceiling into my shower stale below. My fridge had to be replaced a few weeks after i moved in because it kept leaking all over the floor. The apartment is so poorly insulated that when it gets winding leafs and dirt actually blow under the front door. If you stand next to the windows you can feel the chill coming th
