79 & disabled non smoker COPD ASTHMA/CHRONIC BRONCHITS -- CANT DO STAIRS. MUST BE GROUND FLOOR, NEED DISHWASHER/ WASHER DRYER IN UNIT TO MAINTAIN MY SELF SUFFICENCY. STUDIO ONLY AT LOWER PRICE? AM WILLING TO WAIT FOR 1ST AVL THEN CAN MOGE IMMEDIATELY. NEVER DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL. GRADUATED LAW SCHOOL AT 50 BUT TOOK OLD SOLID PAY JOB BK AS SR LEGAL SECY! HENCE DECENT SOC SEC NOW. - WORK3D FOR ONE OF MOST PROMINENT LAW FIRMS IN WORLD,LOS ANGELE HEADQYARTERS 2000 - 2004 WHEN MY DEGENERATIVE DISKS MADE THAT WORK IMPOSSIBLE ANYMORE.MOVED TO RENO.ON3 YEAR OFF - RECOVERY FROM PAIN. I am looking for an affordable nice apartment, and I think this would be perfect, but there is no 1x1 available. Is there any time where you would know when any will be available. We are looking to move in no more than a year. We would really like to move in before that, and yours seems like a perfect fit. Also, is it 2.5x the income for the rent of 3x. thank you so much.

Had a terrible move out experience. Ive been met with no communication as well as deceptive statements from the current community director about issues with my apartment when there were NONE during our final walk through. I would not recommend this property to anyone in the Reno community & I will continue to tell others about my experience.

I showed up for my scheduled tour and there was no way to enter through the locked gates, no instructions, snd no answer to phone call attempts to gain entrance. Finally gave up snd had to leave.
