Problem after problem here. It looks nice on the surface but there is always something wrong. Pricing is not what they say. Hidden fees are all over so if there is a listing for 1400, expect to pay closer to 1800. I get fees here and there, but it's beyond ridiculous the extra charges that you aren't told about. Front office seems nice, but they don't do anything and give a lot of false info. Maintenance, although nice workers, is like putting a band-aid on things. General negligence to sum it all up. For the money you pay here, you can get something nicer in Reno. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else

Apartment is falling apart. The floor boards are sinking and uneven. Mold in bathroom. Matinance takes forever to come and when they do you'll be lucky if they actually fix the problem. You can hear everything the upstairs people do.
