Terrible place. They don't take care of any maintenance requests and leasing agents are rude.

Expect to pay car repairs if you stay here. They got paint on my back bumper from painting the car ports with NO WARNING. I called weeks previously and they promised me 3 times they would give us 24 hours notice. I look out my window and they have my car half covered and are painting and the notice they posted 3 hours earlier said they would not be painting until monday. The leasing agent made NO effort to stop the painting that day. The lawn people also blew a rock into my car with leaf blowers and dented it. They also gave no warning on our doors or mailbox the night before they ground up the asphalt parking lot and covered my car with asphalt dust........... Now they want to raise my rent by 8 percent after damaging my property!

The photos do not represent any of these 1970's era apts. They must be from a "Show" apartment I've been living here for over 10 years now, NOTHING has been upgraded or changed on the interior. 1980's oven which was replaced twice. no microwave, no new refridgerator or backsplash. the only thing they have upgraded in 10 years is the thermistat. My garbage disposal broke 3 years ago and IS STILL BROKEN! My sink is rusting, turning orange from the rust. And they have ANT problems. Not to mention Termites in the siding a few years ago, but I think has been fixed now.
The Lakeridge Tennis club kicked them out, we can no longer use that, which WAS a big plus.
And to tie it up, they just raised my rent this year by 8 percent. They play games with the "Garbage/Water fee" by telling you your rent is only going up so much but not including the 45 dollar garbage fee which doesn't even give us good garbage service, the dumpsters are overflowing every week onto the parking lot. This is the 5th management company in 10 years and one of the WORST.

It's a nice place but the leasing agents could never give us accurate information on exactly which units were available and exactly when. We moved elsewhere.

Maintenance is a joke, the grounds are kept up poorly, the apartment I was in was not maintained well, particularly in respect to the rent increases. Amenities are few and far between and parking is a joke. I lived on 1st floor and could hear every step my upstairs neighbor made and anything they did, including animals running around sounding like there was a football game going on.
