I have been a property manager myself for over 12 years back in California and moved here two years ago. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to apartment complex living. We were looking for a brand new beautiful luxurious living apartment, quiet, and great management. My knowledge and experience over the years helped me identify the right home very quickly. I was looking to live in South Reno because this is the best area to leave. I searched the entire South Reno and found four decent apartment complex, and of course Harvest at Damonte Ranch was the best from all of them. The apartment complex it is absolutely beautiful from all the amenities to the interior of the apartments and management. It is very important to have a great manager in order to keep residents happy in such big community. Lauren is doing a fantastic job with all the community events and creativity that she creates in a daily basis. She keeps you up-to-date daily with any activity that is going on the property. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone that is looking to live in South Reno, feel free to stop your search and come and live here because you'll be more than satisfied with everything. When I see reviews from other people saying that there are noises in between apartments it makes me laugh! You are living in an apartment complex!!!! It is normal to hear noises there and there. If you don't want to hear any noises and you're looking for a quiet home I suggest you rent yourself a private home. Any other apartment complex will have some sort of noise because it it is normal. Harvest has many apartments to choose from and many of them are super quiet. I have never experience any sort of noise in my home. Again, we are very sad to leave this home if it wasn't that we had to move back to California. I would've gladly make Harvest at Damonte Ranch our home for a long period of time.

Over priced - great location but over priced

We have lived here for 5 months and love it! The staff made our move-in process easy! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are incredible. I did not need a gym membership as the gym is exceptional. The club house is beautiful along with the pool and the grounds. They keep everything very well maintained. It is in a great location, with a view of Mt. Rose. Walking distance to a nice little shopping center and a park with walking trails. I highly recommend this apartment!

I LOVE LIVING HERE! I can’t say enough good things about this place and the amenities here. When we first moved in we would joke and pretend we were at a resort, but it truly feels that way! The staff here does such an amazing job at keeping the grounds beautiful and are so friendly. The pools, gym, hot tubs, free coffee, and my personal favorite the craft room are all so incredible to have in a place where you live. Aw and the yoga classes! Please bring them back! We looked at lots of apartments in Reno but as soon as we visited we knew this was the one. So happy with our choice.

My wife and I lived here for a couple of years while we lived in Reno and just recently moved out of state to be closer to family. If we hadn't, we wouldve definitely stayed here for another year. We had a couple issues while we were there like most places do, but the way they handled and resolved the situations were very professional and this was probably the best property we have ever lived at. The amenities and the maintenance staff were well worth it alone. Highly recommend Harvest to anyone who even entertains checking the property out

This has been, by far, the best apartment complex I've lived at. You get what you pay for. The maintenance staff went out of their way to assist me with moving a very heavy and large package that was delivered to the wrong building. Four maintenance staff carried a 100+ pound box down three flights of stairs to ensure I got my package. The leasing and admin staff are incredibly nice and readily available. The grounds are immaculately kept. The apartments are very efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this complex if you're looking for a quiet, well-maintained, safe place to live.
