    Just moved in a few months ago and I am so happy I chose to stay here! Green Pines staff and management are excellent and go above and beyond for your needs! I haven't had any issues, Maintenance lives on site and so does our manager, It really gives you a sense of security. The neighborhood has been great and my neighbors are excellent, to the point where we're having thanksgiving together. I really recommend this property. Its a great place to call home

    Read the review below me and was shocked! I love living here, have been for 3 years now and all my issues are always taken care of! Im so sorry the person below felt that way, but I strongly recommended this property! I plan on renewing my lease as well!

    They do not follow up on any maintenance issues. I have the same work orders open for 4 years standing now. The tub peels from the cheap spray they put on which in return is cutting my kids feet even with a full pad over the bottom. The floor is warped and there solution is glue which works for about 3 days. Dishwasher doesn't work properly.

    New policy says no pets but people are still moving in with them. They found out I had fish. FISH!!!! Was ordered to get any pets out in 3 days or suffer a $50 daily fine every day they are there.

    I've tried to upgrade apartments for 5 months.They called one day on a Friday at 4:30pm. They close at 5pm. I called Monday first thing at 9am and the apartment was rented. Ok fine I understand but I have seen 4 other apartments go and there efforts of one call was apparently more than generous according to them.

    My 2 kids (3 year old and 1 year old) are not allowed to have toys on the floor while playing. I had an inspection one day and my kids were playing. They called it dirty and I was served a letter stating toys need to be off the floor.

    Parking, Enjoy paying for parking close to your house yet parking on the street. Visitor parking is taken by residents which is not allowed but nothing happens. Just your luck, you park there and your vehicle will be towed. Ive gotten towed twice by parking in my designated stall. They do not provide a reason why.

    Do not count on the office hours. They are gone for several hours at a time. You will get a text saying the office will be closed 4 hours early and you will receive that mid day which leaves you not even hours to get there should you need too.

    My favorite is people walk around asking if you need Trees (pot). I don't have anything against it but thats just wrong.

    Loud cars reving engines at all hours of the night.

    Marlene is great! The other office girls are rude and will proudly talk down to you.
    List goes on but I am out of writing space.

    Great management staff and maintenance crew! I love my 2 bedroom apartment, all the upgrades to this complex make me want to stay longer!

    The neighborhood has bad reputation but honestly i have not had any issues living here so far, apartments are spacious and nice. Price is still affordable.
