The new security company doesn't come to the apartments. Saw a fight and the maintenance people watched.

I'm BEGGING students to stay far, far away from this apartment. They charge $400 dollars if you move out early as an "advertising fee" Which, fine, lots of places charge you for wanting to break a lease early. When you pay that fee, they tell you that they will refund it if your lease is not taken over by another person. They waited until the last TWO WEEKS of my lease to find someone, so now I am out that entire month's rent plus the $400 dollars they charged. In addition, management will lie to your face if you have an issue with roommates. I spent an entire year with a girl whose boyfriend essentially lived there and had to listen to daily screaming matches. Management looked me in the eyes and told me they'd handle it but did nothing the entire time I lived there. Complete scam through and through. You're better off living in a box than here.

Stay away. Management is absolutely horrible. Rooms are cheaply made. Laura, the asst. manager, is the most unprofessional and deceiving person we have ever had the displeasure to deal with. She will lie to your face and completely ignore you if she thinks youre wrong (which is always because everything is her way). Shell tell you one thing but will do another. If you value your sanity then stay far away from that woman and this place. So many better options. Not worth the price or the sanity you will lose.

If you like overpriced living and typical college environment, this is the place to be. The listed price of $525 is not accurate. I was living in a 5 bedroom apartment paying $660.52 living with 4 other roommates. Everyone pays the same amount as me in a 5 bedroom. $525 is not even the base pay. They dont mention that you will have to pay $22 for utilities, $25 or $50 for uncovered or covered parking spots, $15 for living on the fifth floor (not my choice) or whatever else they feel like charging you. Electricity is not included so ranges $20-30 a month. Also, it isnt fun when you live with passive aggressive roommates. You have to pay $350 just to have someone take over your lease and then if no one can you still have to pay the rent until someone does take over. They plan on increasing rent prices to $720 for a 5 bedroom next year on the fifth floor. They would not consider lowering the rent when I lived there for 3 years.
