Good location, warm, safe, quiet, everything functions well. Grounds are nice, pet friendly, lots of goods and services within walking distance. Virginia Lake just a quarter mile walk.

Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. The Grounds are well maintained even with construction going on. The apartments are nice and you can tell that they have been upgraded with hardwood floors and newer appliances.

Its a good first time home, but this place honestly sucks. The A/C doesnt work, the elevator breaks often and it takes them forever to get it fixed, the doors are always broken so anyone can just walk in. But if you can afford better I highly recommend that you do. Especially during the winter the parking lot is literally an ice skating rink and you can easily twist and break your ankle and arm.

Mice in the building, ants every summer, cockroach in the hallways, mouse droppings in ceiling tiles in halls. Over priced! They will charge you for damage that was documented with first company that owed it stating damage before we moved in. Laundry room is awful half the time the machines don't work and they don't fix them in a timely manner. Moving here was a huuuge mistake. If I could actually rate it how it should be I'd say -8 buildings also have old junky fire systems so alarm goes off constantly when there's no fire and of course always happens at like 3 am. Save yourself the horror and find somewhere else.
