In Reno from out of state, looking to relocate here. Scheduled a tour a week in advance (tried to do so even earlier, but they only book a week out), got multiple text and email reminders for my 2pm appointment and got there 10mins early. Sign on the door saying theyd be back at 2:30. Waited and saw someone go in at 2:25pm. I walked over right after and the door was locked and although the staff were in there, they didnt open the door for me until 5mins of me waiting there, probably hoping Id just walk away. When they did, they cracked it open and said can I help you? I told them I had an appointment for 2:00. They told me there were no appointments for 2pm, they didnt know how I had an appointment, even though I showed them my confirmation, but then told me they were booked for the rest of the day. I explained I had been waiting in 100 degree weather for over 45mins. Didnt let me in the air conditioned room to have me wait to talk to someone or even offer a brochure. Inconsiderate, unreliable, and totally unprofessional! Check their Yelp reviews, they dont treat their actual residents any better!
