      We have not reviewed these yet but have left several messages and not return. We would love to speak to someone. My husband works in Truckee. We are moving from Utah and would love to see these. Would love a a return call. Weve left 2 emails too, no return

      We lived here for about 6 months and THANKFULLY got to relocate as my wife got a new job and we had to relocate. Below is just an example of what we've experienced: - Toilets backed up / overflowed due to error from builders. Spent two hours with feces containing water on the floor waiting for the "emergency" plumber to show up - Pipes knock at night so loud they've woken me up. Response from management was that it's normal for these houses since the walls aren't insulated so they are refusing to fix it - The office initially gave us the wrong address on our lease. We didn't find out until the day we moved in AFTER we set up mail forwarding, electricity, and water utilities. This was definitely an honest mistake, but they still took our $100 "admin fee" which I assume is to cover paperwork like this. Spending hours on hold with these companies for a second time was not enjoyable. - The rent pricing model is just plain greedy. The cost of a unit goes up every time there are inquiries / applications. This means if you're the newest tenant you're definitely paying the most for your house. If you have a 3 BR house you'll be paying way more than the people in 4 BR who moved in a month or so before you. - We had to beg to get our air filters changed out when air quality levels outside were unhealthy / hazardous. They don't want to do the bare minimum of providing clean air for their tenants if it means the smallest inconvenience for them and their staff. - We still moved here despite hearing the horror stories from other FPI properties around town because it seemed like a nice, quiet community. When we moved out FPI lived up to their reputation and nickel and dimed us on our deposit. They charged us for "renovations" even though the house was only 6 months old. How bad are your houses built if they need to be renovated after only 6 months of living there? Bottom line: If you can afford to live here, I'd recommend finding somewhere else in town in the price range.

      We love this apartment home and really hoping that they may have a 4 bedroom unit available in October of 2021
