I move to 2300 when it was called Balfour Place and it was very economical and close to my childs high school. Now you need at least, two jobs to afford this place and all the Extras they charge you. Water, trash, a pet fee, and sewer is not Included in your monthly rent, but billed to you . Your utilities will be High, because the Insulation and the windows are still from the 1970s, when the place was built and they have Not Been Upgraded and Probably Never will be.

This place HAS You PAY for Water, Trash, Sewer, and a Valet Trash Pick Up Separately; two separate bills, which can cost YOU up to 110. There are no meters on your water and sewer usage. It all on one line. Your Parking Spot and if you have a second car you will have to park it on the street, is NOW A part of your rent and hopefully this winter, this means they will not only clear the sidewalks and up to your apartment, but also the drive way. Unlike what they have done in the past. I would love to tell you about the past owners and what a joy they were to be living with, but the current owners are in California and they seem to think Reno, is a part of California.

The improvement on the property has been cosmetic, since the apartment complex has been sold to this company about a year ago. They CHARGE a Pet Fee, About 40 dollars per month. They CHARGE for Water, Trash, and Sewer about 100 dollars per month. Because the windows, doors, and insulation is The Original, from the 1970s; the winter cold air comes in and the summer time heat comes in. So your utilities will be expensive.
