Up keep of the home before move in was good. Maitanence is always on time and all of my concerns are met.

Theres only one person there in the office that is a decent human being. After signing my lease my rent was raised $70. Once my lease was coming to an end I went and found a new place and they lied on their rental verification. The entire complex is infested with roaches. And nothing is ever working in the laundry room.

The office has no clue what goes on after 5 if they do they don't care. Emma is the worst employee ever greedy and rude.. she likes confrontation with tenant's don't no rules or laws so that is why I'm suing her for harassment. Julie the manager afraid of the boss's that live in another country nd state heavy hitters so no concern for safety just$$. U will regret it. I'm waiting for court let's see who shows up!!!!. The worst rent a house it will eliminate people and problems. Oh and the DRUGS they ignore cuz it's Hood here they don't care it it's all about$$

Need washer and dryer in the apartments..... not enough play area for the kids and I feel loyal renters should have a break on rent increase
