I am providing the rating based solely based on my ability to communicate with office staff. They do not respond. They do not respond to requests for additional information. Its crickets. You gotta wonder if they respond to residents requests or maintenance issues with the same importance.

Under office Staffed Gated community where a gate is always opened Car broken into A security guard who patrols the grounds but didn't see broken glass on ground So he had no clue But glass is in plain site The Office Staff is down one So She is either overwhelmed or give a great excuse of doing it all by herself Pigeon are a huge problem with me and other tenants The Staff isn't capable of getting this handled whether it's not being addressed with the upper management or owner Someone is not even trying to fix these issues so We are stepping over large piles of bird poop or cleaning it up which is not right Most tenants are friendly Some are old and set in their way with stank face syndrome Would I recommend the Apt yes the Staff No The ability to solve issues No affordable Yes Safety in your apartment Yes Safety getting to your Apartment Entry or Exit gate is always open So anyone can walk in and do whatever

Went through and to see one bedroom and the two bedrooms and they are beautiful the staff was very very courteous I saw nothing wrong I hope to be able to get on the property soon I liked it
