Ive lived here a while, not that I wanted to. The upstairs neighbors are vey loud on purpose. Ive complained to the management. I have to call night security to talk with them almost once a week. Its very stressful. Nothing gets done. I dont know why you have rules for renters yet no one follows through. Its been an incredible disappointment living here. I would not recommend it to anyone. No one gets talked to nothing gets addressed. Its a putty because they are very pretty. If upstairs noise doesnt bother you... these are for you. If it does bother you just know it wont be addressed, you just have to live with it.
1. Infested with scorpions! 2. They unscrupulously "discover" damage that was previously reported on move-in inspection. 3. Not military friendly at all! If you have to leave on short notice, expect they will submit any remaining balance to collections before trying to contact you. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Everyone who works here is so kind and efficient. The work is done in a timely matter. The Apartment complex is well maintained and clean. I feel safe here. There are a lot of nice amenities. The apartments have a great floor plan. And the price in reasonable.
I love the structure of the apartment! I love everything about it inside and out! The only thing I don't like about it, is that it is very expensive!
