I have a few complaints every now and then but nothing serious or a deal breaker. Ive lived here for 2 years and am considering renewing again. The location is good because youre not to far from the strip and can walk to UNLV. The price is very reasonable price for what you get and overall the other people who live here are pretty cool.
I dont have any noise complaints, I hear things from time to time but have never been kept up multiple nights because of inconsiderate neighbors blaring music.
The worst part about living here would have to be the gnats, they can get irritating and come up throught the kitchen drain, you should consider keeping your drains plugged at all times and buying a solution for your sink and some traps.
If I have a complaint or issue the front office usually fixes it within a timely manor, there have been a couple of times where they forgot, but it is completly innocent, and taken care of immediatly when I remind them. The maintence guys here are also some pretty cool dudes!
Overall good place
one of the nicer options in this area. No place is perfect but I enjoy living here have renewed my lease twice.
it was a very clean complex pool and grounds everyone stopped too say hi to the manager as we walked by she is very helpful and friendly and the location is great everything you need is near you
They don't fix anything here unless they are getting a corporate visit. Management is very rude and does not care about anything.
