So, you move in and have a noisy neighbor that plays music loudly and constantly. Guess what, as far as management is concerned they have a right to play their music!

Actually the managements answer is to tell you to call Metro with any problems. Now the real gimmick is Metro will tell you to call your manager because they dont handle those problems!

They also have many hidden fees and over charges. My personal favorite is charging $80.00 per month for water! I called the water department and asked for the rate and we should be paying less than $30.00 a month!

When the new management company took over the first thing they started doing was raising rates and instituting fees for every thing at a minimum of $25.00 a pop!

You not only do you get a fee for not paying your rent online but when you do you have to pay a service fee for paying it online!!!

The Apartments are pretty, just old style and dirty. Poor management, and poor maintenance service. They gave me the apartment not ready to move in, with all blinds and screens broken, wet carpet, dirty laundry room, dirty vents, dirty walls, everything just not to expectations when you move to a new place with all deposits and fees paid. Nothing like what the website makes you feel to expect when you arrive.

I am on a budget, and need to be near transportation. I looked at all the apartments on Nellis and this was by far the best. Great price, super clean, and management is friendly and professional. Best of the bunch on this side of town.

There where kids running every place and unattended in the pool. The grounds where dirty, the gates falling apart and multiple apartments had trash outside of there door.
