Very poor management
Where do I even begin. First of all the place is infested with bugs. Beyond that, tanzie the manager had moved her friends in above us. They threw parties and played loud music 24/7. When kindly asked them to keep it down one night the lady told me that she was best friends with tanzie and she could do whatever she wanted. I went into the office and tanzie laughed in my face. "Said oh not Chantel, she'd never do that, I've known her for years!" Since that day, my new neighbor made it her life goal to mess with me. My dishwasher went out on me and they replaced it no problem. Used it for the first time and my entire apt flooded. They had installed it wrong. Maintenance came after hours and cleaned everything up, but there was some damage to the 3x3 strip oflanoleum which I was told not to worry about. They refused to put anything in writing after a month of back and forth with tanzie and the corporate office. My lease was up a month later. I moved and left the apartment in amazing condition. Imagine my surprise when I was sent a bill for 3600 dollars to replace the floors AND carpet! I immediately called corporate for an explanation. The apartment was 600 square feet there is no way the cost reflects this! I was told that due to the flood they had to replace all of the flooring and since they were remodeling all old units, I got to pay for hardwoods for the new tenant! I had to get a lawyer before they dropped ALL fees. This entire process took six months and many missed days of work. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE
Been here 2 months, still waiting for items to be fixed. No one tells the same story. It was supposed to have been an upgraded apartment, still waiting.
