Horrible small apartments priced at nearly $1300 with mandatory cable and internet and other fees. Office staff changes so often that you should be CONCERNED when moving out because those who moved you in are long gone. very over priced - amenities are old and outdated pool is always dirty. just NOT worth it. dont move in if you dont have to seriously. walls are paper thin. They sell it as luxury but it is F A R from

They will force you to pay for cable and internet. I don't need cable and don't believe is fair you have to pay for a service you don't use

I have lived here nearly four years and I continue to be very happy living at Solstice Apartments. It's quiet, I have good neighbors, and I am conveniently located within a 20 minute drive of most places I need to go in Las Vegas. It's a great place to live, in my opinion.

I've been living @ Solstice Apartments for 4 years; the complex is kept up really nice! The office staff couldn't be nicer, and maintenance (If needed) respond quickly. Solstice is a quiet, conveniently located, good looking apartment complex, no desire to live anywhere else!

I'm sure this is no reflection on the owners since they don't come here but I have actually had to take go to court I've tried on numerous occasions to go ahead and remedy a complaint which is taking a $96 fee for cable and Wi-Fi when I have no Wi-Fi in 4 years ago after talk to me a Cox Communication I found out for $89 I get Wi-Fi I telephone and cable and I was told when I moved in it was mandatory that I take the entertainment package and I found out that it's not mandatory and I can actually according to my lease I can actually get DIRECTV or anything else I want because it's in my lease I don't think it's absolutely necessary to take the for me to have to go to court to recover my $4,600 what you sent me a letter saying that that I never ordered boy or did anything to that effect on the Wi-Fi or whatever it wasn't my responsibility I was told by Cox Communications that my account has never been set up for Wi-Fi or anything else so I like to say that the management sucks and you guys needs to do something about that.
