Claiming to have Disability Access and then having messed up ramps that go to parking spots is not right. Taking over a week to just diagnose an air conditioning problem is not right. Having crickets and gnats somehow getting into the apartment because there is standing water somewhere is not right. Trying to move out and office staff losing the intent to vacate in 60 days notice isn't right. Moving out with messed up ramps is not easy. This place caused much stress. If it's the cheapest, but the difference is small, consider paying a little more! I'm only compelled to write about this place because my experience was so awful. They caused such anxiety that I am so relieved to be out of there. Before I had an alternative, they were taking a week to write a lease renewal, and I'm so glad they could not even do that right, because I ended up much happier out of there. I had to pay the whole last month rent even though I moved out in the middle, I'm sure I will have problems ever seeing that deposit again, even though the apartment is left empty and cleaner than I got it.

I signed a lease last august with the previous land owner under the DBA of Sonoma Shadows. The terms of the contract were met when I paid the rent for this August. While concluding my agreement and attempting to enter into a 1 month agreement with Westland Real-estate Group, DBA Solair apartments, with a standard 30 day notice, I was told twice that this was not possible. Once by (Assistant) Managers Alejandra and once by Delores. When explaining each time that the contractual obligation of the lease had been met and I would like to extend a final 1 month contractual agreement both told me that I needed a 60 day notice to vacate. A 60 day notice would be required at to fulfil a 12 month contractual obligation, and a 60 day notice would be required to fulfill a 30 day contractual obligation on a MONTH TO MONTH AGREEMENT. The only member of the Solair team who understood that the original lease agreement had been fulfilled and that we were entering into a new MONTH TO MONTH agreement was Property Manager Nellie. Nellie was called in each time to explain to these ladies the terms of each agreement. Both ladies had the same response, I never heard of a 1 month lease. You need a 60 day notice that you are leaving. While neither lady had heard of a 1 month lease it was clear that neither of these rental professionals understood the terms of a MONTH TO MONTH agreement.
I was required to sing final documents outlining our final MONTH TO MOMTH agreement. I was hesitant to sign the final document as it had stated that I, the renter, was responsible to have the carpets professional cleaned by an approved vendor. Although the term professional was never defined I was to understand that this definition only extended to the single approved vendor of the companies choosing. Without the ability to seek my own Professional cleaner, I was told I could use the companies approved vendor and simply show proof of a receipt. Albeit this receipt of professional carpet cleaning

Wonder if they even care about the customer experience spend 10 minutes literally on the phone waiting and no one ever pick up they got to do better than that I have a problem with the a.c. for the past four days and still pending to hear from them no one care..
