Honestly, this place is cheap and pretty good. I got a remodeled apartment that was great. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues the last few years but maintenance always came out (sometimes it took a couple of days). I liked that they don't nickel and dime you like other apartments. Others charge an "admin fee" and charge $60/month for utilities ON TOP of the rent they show on websites. Sandpiper showed the all-in cost online. They have a cleaning deposit that's refundable after move-out. It was actually a great place to stay.

Very good maintenance staff. They always fix whatever needs to be done within the day, usually within an hour. Nice grounds I love it here.

Do not ever waste your time or money renting one of these horrible units. The staff is terrible and extremely unprofessional. If something happens and needs repair you're treated like an inconvenience. There have been SEVERAL days that we have gone
Without water and I've only been living here since February. The parking is definitely not handicap friendly. The tennis courts are always locked and only one of the 3 swimming pools work and not to mention tenants had to use said pool to wash themselves during a four day water fiasco. These are the absolute worst apartments I have ever lived in.

The outdoor jaccuzzi doesn't work. The tennis courts are chained and locked at all times. All cardio machines in the gym don't work. The pools never get cleaned or serviced. The sprinklers go off randomly at night so you may get wet, slip, or find yourself ankle deep in mud. There was a leak in my apartment, they never came to repaint the ceiling. They called me and wanted to charge me a $50 late fee for one of THEIR employee's mistake. ( I have never been late on my rent). The cheap rubber lining under the kitchen sink came off, the rubber lining in the shower door is somehow rotting away, the internet connection is shoddy due to the building's up keeping. (The internet company constantly have to come and repair the wiring). To top it all off, we the tenants of sandpiper have been without water for 4 days. We can't shower, we can't cook, we can't wash our hands, wash our clothing, we can't even defacate in our own apartments. How will we flush? SMH. Truly disappointing.

We're sorry to hear of your concerns, but I hope to alleviate them. The Jacuzzi is currently operable, and the last repair only took two days from the date it was reported. The tennis courts are and always have been available to all residents by checking in to the leasing office. Cardio machines do, from time-to-time, break down and require repair; currently all machines are in working order. Please contact the corporate office if you feel the maintenance isn't being handled properly.


My daughter myself and fiancee walked in looking to rent a 2bd from this place, but when inside felt as if the staff was very uninterested, not friendly by any means. Looks as if they just celebrated a birthday party inside the office. She refused to even start the process on my daughter which we were gladly ready to pay the fee, but because the other party didn't have check stubs we had to wait til he had them, now Im sure we could have done the application for her as a single occupant...To bad we didn't feel the cheer. So we went to Fifty101 aptartments and they were approved the same day with a very happy welcoming manager who went out of the way to sit and talk and work numbers and got check stubs from the internet with them......horrible vibe in that office
