I have lived at this apartment for a couple of years, and I have to say that you likely find better rates at other rentals in area. The complex recently forced smart thermostats on the residents, and have been so kind as to add $15/month for having such an amenity. They don't pay the utilities, so it's a little far fetched for them to think they're providing an improvement worth that charge.

Apparently they allow you to Air BnB your apartment. Every week I have 2 - 3 sets of random people coming in and out of the unit below me. There is a lock box on the patio railing. Management is well aware, and 1 of the guests admitted to them that is what is going on, yet they continue to do nothing. The water constantly runs. Nice property, but management doesn't care
I lived there for about a 1yr, 4/30/17 - 5/3/18 and I am moving , because they are unsympathetic, especially the corporate manager Liz. I was suppose to move on April 30th but my apartment was not ready yet and I called and told them which they said it was okay but to my surprise I was told the prorated rent is $26 dollars a day but when I called the corporate manager Liz she was so rude and unsympathetic then she tells me that the supposedly prorated Rent is $45.17 and they said that me and my family had to leave even though we didnt have no where to go and then she said if we stay until Saturday 5/5/18 that well have to pay $451.17 so we had to move on Thursday 5/3/18 and sleep in our car with my mom who has cancer , my elderly grandma and me.They have the worst management and your rent will not be what they say.Mines went from $1,230.36 To 1,337.81 and if you miss one day , they'll file a eviction letter and it'll say that you owe $1,437.85.We have to pay for the maintenance guys , for cleaning of the pool , for the other tenants usage even if we are not home , camera fee we dont use , the utilities paper $5.95 we receive and trash 14.00
