Disappointed in management the money we pay for thin walls and property maintenance is outrageous.
Residents foot the bill on all levels from rent to paying for utilities that property owners should take care of definitely a money pit I will not renew or recommend anyone leasing at this cracker box management very poor.

We're very sorry you haven't had the excellent experience we strive for. We want all of our residents to be comfortable and while family-styled housing does have some ambient noise levels we do want our residents to report any that may be in violation of policies. We ask our residents to bring maintenance opportunities around the community to our attention so that we may resolve them as quickly as possible. You all HAVE to do something about the leaf blowers being used EVERY DAY or we're going to the local city government and the BBB. Once, maybe twice a week is tolerable, but every day, blowing leaves 5 inches, not even picking them up, letting them come back the next day to do it all over again. This is getting absurd and will not continue to be tolerated.

They don't keep up the grounds well. Weeds, trash etc. Don't communicate when pool is closed. Also people park in assigned parking and they won't tow before 24 hours do have to park elsewhere.
