Love the apartment floorplan and have a great view of the mountains and the strip. The pool and pool area are well maintained.Is a safe area for walking. Office staff is friendly and helpful.
I love the neighborhood. I don't like that my rent keeps going up every time I renew my lease. Makes me want to move.

Amazing apartments for a great price
The few problems i have had in my apt., have been taken care of immediately, same day as i let the office know. The Maintenance People are very nice, clean and explain what is going on. The ladies in the main office are great! I find them very kind, and really seem to care about their job, and more important making sure i am happy. That is not always easy to find in rentals.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
