I have lived here since 12/2011. I had a big issue a couple of days before I moved in. The apartment that I was supposed to have had not been vacated and so they gave me another apartment after I had already had electricity turned on in that apartment. So I had to change everything one day before moving in. That was with the old management company. Since approximately 2015, at least once or twice a year my air conditioning and heating goes out. I just had them come out and fix it maybe in April 2018. And today it goes out again. The office is closed and it is 104 degrees outside right now. Inside my apartment it's 82 degrees. When I first moved in the neighborhood or should I say the apartment complex was very quiet and the grounds were always kept clean. Now I have noticed that the grounds are not as clean as they once were and the noise level has risen as well as a fact that you can smell marijuana outside my apartment from others who smoke and keep their windows open or it's coming out from under the door. Usually maintenance is quick to respond but I do not know if they are properly trained to handle all the issues that come up. For instance, my air condition and heating problem. I once had someone come in and he use Google to fix the air conditioner and he told me that the thermostat or whatever changes the temperature was old and the apartment complex no longer used it so he switched it out and that's what he said was part of the issue. So like I said, this is been going on for a couple of years and it seems like no one is trained to handle these types of issues because it keeps happening. I always pay my rent on time. I just resigned my lease and now I'm kind of regretting it. I have thought about moving and seem never to get around to looking for a new apartment. But, after today I may do just that and take whatever penalties come from that.

As senior citizen, the Mail box location too far for me, have to walk .20 miles. No pedestrian lane from Loreto Office to mail box location (Palacio).
