Do not move here!!! The staff in the office do not communicate information to each other very well and it will eventually cost you addition deposits elsewhere and/or extra money to pay Pinnacle Management Properties in a 30 day period or it will go to collections. Failure of their communication skills have resulted in me having to get legal help because the office manager doesn't make her leasing agents and/or herself take account for not communicating important information in a timely manner. For example, I couldn't afford the additional 79.00 that w/s/t & rent would go up if I renewed my lease in September 2018. So, I went in the office in the beginning of August and asked the leasing agent if rent could either stay the same or not go up so much, because I couldn't afford it. She informed me that she would have to speak with the office manager because she wasn't in charge of the amounts for rent going up or it staying the same, but there are laws with the Fair Housing Act that could help me. She told me she would get back to me on what the office manger says. I checked again on it 1 week after the first attempt and once again same thing. Now, my lease is up at the end of September & I still have no answer so that I could act appropriately by either submitting a 30 day to vacate or renewing my lease with hopes of a rent amount that I could afford at the end of September. So, I waited for the manager and/or the leasing agent to get back to me, which never happened until it was too late(Sept 20th). I then email the manager which I had to search for the email & you guessed it she doesn't care that I tried to communicate my concerns to prevent headache and conflict!! So, Yes I give 1 star
and do yourself a favor and don't rent here because I would absolutely hate for somebody else to have to pay 1,000 dollars extra in fees for others miscommunication skills.

I resided there until I.suffered.a stroke and was hospitalized.for.6 months. I like the location and.the.area..And the apartment I.had . I.want to.come.back
Great location, super clean and fabulous clubhouse. 2 pools and courtesy patrol. Office is friendly and professional. Love our 3 bedroom unit and price is very affordable. Also management makes it easy for us to pay rent in line and place work orders.
There apartments are ROACH infested!!!!!!!!! Front office wont do anything about it and neither will the pinnacle corporate office!!!!!! Stay far away
