      The complex itself is nice it's how they run it, is the problem. I've been here for a year now. They Don't fix anything I've been waiting on my dishwasher to be fixed for the whole year. Waited over a month for them to fix my faucet in my kitchen, till I had to go ahead and replace it myself. Water leaking bad in one of the bedrooms to where the carpet was smelling like water, to the point now there's mold on the back of my dresser. it took forever for them to attempt to fix it and when they fixed it I don't even know if it's completely fixed yet cuz the maintenance man just disappeared. I Let them know that I wanted a year lease to restart but all of a sudden they don't remember that and it's a month a month with an extra $100. All of a sudden the bugs over here got crazy. I see online where it says exterminators come out here once a month I have never seen them and I've been here a year.

      I would give less if I could. Don't move here. Between the break ins, STABBINGS, water shut off every month, joke of security, staff that is over turned every few month, staff that threatens you violence, dumpsters over flowing with trash, plumbing that does not work most of the time, the rancid smell outside, and the list goes on and on we are glad out lease is up soon can't wait to get out of this trash hole.

      THIS PLACE HAS RATS!!!!! currently living here and been battling rats for 2 and half months and no one from office , pest , or maintenance has came to fix the problem or cover the holes in my place . the office dont care or compensate

      WARNING!!!! Con: horrible location. There are no healthy food places around, no Target, the Wal-Mart is far away no Sprouts, no wholefoods. You have to travel south towards Henderson if you like shopping at these places. Con: The jets sound like they are landing on the roof!! starts at five in the morning ends as late as 10 at night. If you are looking forward to watching your favorite program, forget it, you won't be able to hear it.Con: Custer service, staff on this property lack customer service skills. They leave you on hold for so long, they forget your on the line. Staff is rude, and they never aim to please tenants. Con: old pluming, don't be surprised if your apartment floods or leaks. I live on the bottom and the toilet upstairs leaked in, then my bathroom ceiling caved in. The upstairs water heater burst and leaked into my walls causing mildew in the walls. I stay feeling sick because of it.The underground water pipeline flooded the front of my house. Westland property are doing upgrades to the units in order to charge higher rent, however, they fix those issues only when it happens.Cons: the pool is never open for use, ever. The property will do upgrades like new counter tops and then slap a huge price tag for the rent. You will literally be paying for a roof over your head and nothing more, because there are no amenities what so ever. They are going to show you a model unit that is flawless, then give you a bug infested unit. The units have ants, roaches and knats. The bugs get in through the windows because the windows are not weather proof. No weather strips, or very old weather strips. This corporation Westland realty is cutting corners on everything to profit and taking full advantage of the housing market. They plan to do minimum upgrades and make you pay for it by hiking up the rent. Meanwhile, you get a crappy apartment. Please see pictures I have collected over the one years time residing here. I am so glad to be moving out, its been a true nigh
