This a lovely place to live. It's quiet, clean and friendly. It's located right off the freeway and I like the design of the townhomes.
Overall it has been a great experience. The apartments are beautiful. I happen to have a great view of the mountains. Th complex is very well maintained. Everyone at the main office is very friendly. Liberty Square is also very conveniently located closed to the 215 and 95.
This is a beautiful community I love tjr amenities. The service has been questionable for past year I have been here. I have had service calls ignored or drug out for weeks on end. I had to wait 3 weeks for a broken toilet. I had to wait for two weeks and a call to regional office to get a leaking dishwasher fixed. Kimaly is a sweetheart nothing fake about her so I respect that. She cares. The office staff is nice until there is an issue they will have no problem ignoring you and making false promises to follow through on. So you can find yourself chasing them as well as getting very frustrated. Lease rent went up and when my time to renew I had asked them to keep rent at same amount due to all issues I have had while living here as well as all the apartments here have been upgraded and the price would go up on mine to a small difference from upgraded apartments as opposed to the one I am in is not upgraded. It would be a $20 difference for me to pay for non upgraded apartment to a fully upgraded apartment. A gal friend of mine was told when she was checking in here to live that has two dogs that she could just leave the dogs off lease so she does not have to pay for them when she signed as opposed to myself never getting same gesture. I had already signed my lease so that was a smack in the face to here right after moved in. Wanda who is the regional manager is nice by speaking to her when she needs to calm a storm but you can tell there is not a genuine nature to it. When it came to simmering me down on the dishwasher she made sure to contact me back as I was making complaints and threatening not to pay rent. When it came to contacting me back on lease signing and cost as I had already been drug out on it for two weeks by previous manager she would not contact me back. The experience here has been less than I expected in this area and such a beautiful looking complex. I plan on writing a letter to Picerne management to make sure they are aware of things
Not enough available parking spots and garages are small and difficult to get into. Stop signs need better visibility. Possibly yield signs. Cheap interior parts.
The leasing office staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful every time.
