Looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom any available?
I have an acquaintance that unfortunately ended up living here before seeing what this place was really about and had the opportunity to talk to them and others.
First off add 10-15 yrs wear and tear to those nice pictures, And in many places, roaches. Don't for get the scraggly bushes and dirt that counts as landscaping, oh and don't for get to wave to your friendly bum as he digs through the sometimes but not always overflowing dumpsters while trash blows down the potholed alleyway/driveway.
The only thing you will see resembling this is around the office, the centerpiece of this place. Where what passes for management, can't really use that word is busy being, lazy. rude, condescending, useless doing their best job at the only thing they do well collecting money. Apparently these buildings have been here since the '60's. And where that is a sense of pride for other places it seems to be an actually used excuse for the condition of this property.
There seems to be some work being done, probably because of some code violation somewhere but you can see it's the kind that will have no effect on the living of the decent people that are always scattered and suffering for whatever reason throughout these places with the "special" tenants.
The "special tenants" being those that not surprisingly when you think about it share character traits with the placeholders. We are talking of course of the kind that makes the normal people who just want to live their lives best they can in a place like this wish they had made better accommodations poor dears. the ones who are loud, lazy, dirty, violent, leave trash daily in front of their apartments and strewn about, property damage, blame every one else for everything and often you will see your friendly neighborhood policeman because of them .
strolling about. And don't forget on your stroll to pick out the little black boxes put strategically around for small nonpaying tenants with 4 feet. Remember for everyone you do see.
If you like bedbugs and roaches and police coming there 24 /7 you are at your new home
The square footage for the price and its a Townhouse they very nice Ive been told by others that have lived there . Looking forward to seeing them and hopefully renting the 2 bedroom 1.5 baths
Checked it out. Ghetto slum. Dirty. Looks like some buildings being worked on. Asked someone how they liked living here. Won't say everything they told me but will say they laughed. Pass.
