So I've been here for a year so listen up...worst management team. Kim is rude and will literally promise you things and then act like she never said them so get everything she says in writing. One time when I gave her a money order she said "nice outfit" and looked at me in disgust because I came up there in sweats. I don't know why she's the "assistant manager" and I put that in brackets because last time I had a problem with her I asked for the General Manager's email and she said "Well I am the manager" They will purposely not answer your call four times and then answer to laugh and hang up. Completely unprofessional and very catty like you're walking into a mean girl fest in the office. They don't want to work and would rather gossip about residents. They give empty promises. They take away the pool table stick and lock the karaoke bar after they leave the premises (6 PM) the dog park is always nasty. When I moved here a year ago the apartment was not even clean and you're paying for cheap construction in the apartment and it's definitely gone down hill (RESIDENTS TALK) There is no security whatsoever patrolling the premises. The side gate doesn't work (fob key), they lied about first come first serve parking. They try to cover up the nasty smells of the complex while they're there during the day by filtrating the air with products and by night oh you can definitely smell what they're hiding. They won't let in food delivery, it's not easy access for guests at all because they can't get in with any code only a resident can let them in by walking outdoors. 24/7 gym is a lie. $1500 for this is a waste, don't waste your money here.
