This place is infested and scary..... I went to check out the grounds and didn't even bother walking into the office after looking at the apartments.... roaches everywhere near the walls and buildings, and the neighborhood is something else to be seen... Only if necessary I would state.

When I went to look at the apartment I was told I didnt get to pick upstairs or downstairs. It was whatever was available when I moved in. So I did call and was told I could. I then asked if the unit we looked at was like all the others. She said it was a renovated. I then asked the difference. She explained. I said I think I want the Classic. She told me to come in and do the paperwork. I called back with in a few minutes to see if they had a classic because I want to see it before I just sign a contract. No answer so I left a message. I no return call. I called again no answer. So then I called from office phone and she answered. When I asked to see a classic she said they have pictures in the office to see. However they are all rented at the moment. So I asked What do they have for a 2/2 left. She said just the Renovated. So I just went from a unit that was $775 to a unit that is $930 hhhhmmmm something isnt right at this place

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize for the confusion, it sounds as if you were initially quoted pricing for a Classic apartment home for $775 per month. Our Renovated apartments come with upgrades, washer and dryer (in select apartments) and features that our Classic apartments don't offer. This is the reason of why these are higher in price. Also, please accept our apologies with the delays experienced while communicating with our team. Spring is a busy time for our leasing team and they are working hard and doing their best to respond as fast as possible. We appreciate your input and we will use it to improve in the future.
