Its a worse place to live with a poor customer service and poor living environment noisy and dirty with no parking

The leasing profesional Maria is the worst person to talk to, also she is always upset and wont do anything at all to help you. They charge for trash that they supposed to pick up but nobody does , parking fee, mail its been 5 months that they replaced and for some reason wasnt approved by uspostal service, so yes no mail unless you go to the postal office, box for deliveries that no one uses and still charge you for that, all the new neighbors that just moved in are complaining about ac issues and washer not connected to water line also dishwasher. Avoid this place at all costs, read all the reviews from different sites and youll see what its like to be living here.

Ownership recently changed. The complex is now called District 5800. New management is very unresponsive to repair requests or any other sort of information you may need. No one likes being ignored.

Online these apartments look beautiful and well kept, but in person the area that theyre in speaks for itself!!!! Issa no no. Dirty surroundings, bum activity to the max, foot traffic, and the buildings look ran down. Wouldnt recommend
