I've lived at crystal cove for four years, the managment is fantastic, always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick, you dont have to wait for days to have something fixed, nightly security patrol and the security guards are very friendly. The grounds are clean and its a great family atmosphere, everyone is very nice. The landscaping is fantastic, lots of nice grassy areas to walk your pup if you dont want to go out to the walking trail. Yes you may see some dog poop here and there, it is cleaned up on a daily basis,however people should clean up after their dogs. I always pick up my dogs poop. It takes two seconds, and its not their responsibility to clean up after your pet. You have a nice gym, three pools and a playground, a good quality playground with rubber mats which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend this complex, my family and i love it here.

Find somewhere else to rent. The management does not tell the truth. Dog feces everywhere which management does nothing about. Apartments are old and run down. Dont be fooled by the nice office, clubhouse and community firepit. This place is pure garbage.

Crystal Cove is a beautiful place to settle down. The people are friendly, the apartments gorgeous and cozy, management is incredibly helpful, and the location is superb. You live here and you are no more than 3-10 minutes away from any store you'd need to access. I couldn't be more happy with Crystal Cove.

I really like living at Crystal Cove. The grounds and amenities are well maintained and my apartment never has any issues. The community is nice and quiet, very close proximity to Summerlin, excellent and safe area/neighborhood.
