if I could rate this place LESS than 1 star, I would ... my mother & lil sis currently reside here paying $1,240 a month in rent. the washing machine went out 5 days ago & they are in NO hurry 2 fix it. we were advised the washer in the club house could be used until they came out 2 fix it with NO estimated time frame on how long this would take. Monday, they were closed & 2day well, 4 some reason the washing machine in the club house is unavailable even tho we were there as soon as the office opened on top of that it doesn't matter that my mother had a knee replacement & it's not easy 4 her 2 get around. they take MORE time than a snail fixing any problem no matter how small. my little sis went a month without her toilet when all it needed was a snake - 3 weeks for a clogged sink in the kitchen while dirty dishes piled up & flies made themselves at home. BEYOND frustrating!!! but I bet they would stick a note on the door with the quickness if the rent wasn't paid on time. this place cares NOTHING about their tenants or how hard they work 2 pay $1,240 a month in rent only to get unreliable & uncaring staff with more excuses than I care 2 count. I wouldn't recommend a dog live in this place, let alone a person or fam. my advice - save urself some money & find a place 2 live where the appliances r reliable & the staff cares. that is NOT an asset of Craig Ranch Villas ... HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place 2 live

If you're going to stay there READ the fine print Very carefully. My second car was towed because I hadn't moved it. Not because I'd parked where I wasn't supposed to but because I hadn't moved it from My parking space.
Also, I told the office we were moving out. However, I hadn't given them Enough notice so they charged me an extra months rent.
I cannot wait.....i had a beautiful tour
The person that gave us the tour was unpleasant and lacked customer service skills. General information that is to be provided during the tour was not given. We had to ask the basic questions. She appeared to be uninterested in making the sale and it felt as though she already made up in her mind that we wouldn't be able to rent at all. Employees should do their job well, period. The property itself was nice. However, we were told that the rates change every day with no explanation with that. That is how hotels operate. I'll take my "three times the rent income" somewhere else. :-)
