      Where do I start. My 1st unit was flooded from upstairs daily. We got sick from mold growing in our walls and ac units. It took months for management to even do anything about it. We had to get our own mold specialist to prove we have mold. They moved us upstairs directly behind my old unit. There is a massive roach, pigeon and RAT infestation. There are always shootings in the area, and and night. There is no maintenance on property and even then they pile up everything on 1 person so nothing ever gets done. Our Water heater was out most of winter and now goes out every few months. Management here sucks and is rude, they will not listen to anything you have to day. Our water is also being shut off "for emergencies" a lot. They DO NOT maintain/prevent anything. A homeless man has broken into the unit across from me. The door stays open all day and night and he's smashed the window a couple times so far. A neighbor hasnt had a working bathroom or hot water in the 2 years she's lived here. They refuse to fix it for her. This place is way too expensive for all the bs you have to deal with just to live here. They don't even have new appliances. Power for a 2 bedroom will be about 200 - 300. DO NOT MOVE HERE! IT'S MORE TROUBLE THAN IT'S WORTH!

      Would love to see pictures of the studio! And also I'm still looking for the deposit and or, if they can work with me on the deposit.? Again thank you. What are their properties are you guys renting out.?

      We have lived here for 1.5yrs and we have had nothing but problems. The plumbing causes sewer water to backup in to the tub, the toilets dont fill or flush correctly all the time, the property gets flooding of sewer water, my neighbor has had sewer water flood in her apartment at least three times. The overhead walkways are warped and the wood is falling down. There are holes, missing faux stones and writing on the sides of the buildings. It is not a gated community because the gates are open more often than not and if they are closed there is one always open that you have to drive through GIANT pot holes. Not matter how much you clean and how often you have the bug guy come you still get roaches. Our bathtub has paint on it so trying to get it clean is impossible and it is peeling off the bottom of the tub. The paint on the cabinets is so easy to scratch or rub off...like dont try to clean them too much cause there goes the paint. There is paint over every outlet and light switch. Carpet is old and gross when moving in. We have had leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and it took months for them to deal with the problem upstairs. Unless you have no other option DO NOT move here! The cops are here regularly, kids are super loud, people leave their trash everywhere, neighbors will play loud music at 1am and stand outside talking...no one to call because no security.

      The air conditioning in their 2 bedroom apartments is a joke! Main bedroom a/c is great; 2nd bedroom looks like it should have a/c but it doesn't, just an empty shell! Not worth the rent amount. Air in front, living room works well!
