Truly loved the location and convenience of this complex. The apartment complex itself is well-maintained and the staff is also very friendly and helpful, especially Stephanie and Tiffany, who went above and beyond!

Nice and quiet, the grounds are kept neat and clean. The staff is awesome!! Tiffany is a wonderful and friendly staff member. Proud to call the Breakers my new home.

I like it. I dont know if its good for the price, however you do have places right across the street that is conveniently there. If you could afford it, there should not be much to complain about. Dont see much security for this place but its quiet for the most part. I do not like the fact that the gym area has been closed since I have been here (9 months). The maintenance guys, I absolutely love! The office I cant complain about, if I need something done in my apartment they try there best to get it done.

I just signed either my 12th or 13th yearly lease. I wouldn't be living here if I didn't feel safe.
