They look nice on the outside, but don't be fooled by the "upgrades". I signed up for one of the renovated apartments. My sink makes a banging sound all day every day and I was told it can't be fixed. Fine. My dryer took three cycles to dry my clothes, was literally told to air dry them first as a solution. Got that replaced cause I went directly to management. Keep the manager's email, cause the physical staff won't help you at all. They just renovated the apartment behind me and the fumes backed up into my apartment, there was literal air flow into my apartment from a different one (there was a breeze coming from my outlet that smelled like acetone, no joke). I'm not super confident the building is up to code. They are still getting back to me about the last time it was inspected. I fully intend to report them to the city. They literally had me and my roommates and dog stay in that apartment despite the fumes, because I guess the manager was the only one who could set up other arrangements and she went home for the day and apparently they don't have any other system in place for after hours. Cause that makes sense. It was like living in a nail salon. Pretty sure that's not healthy, but they didn't seem to care. My GFIs kept going off for no reason and killing my electronics, they had to replace every single one, but that took them coming out multiple times and trying to convince me it's normal. I'm not an idiot though, unfortunately for them. They will treat you like one though anyway, rest assured. I was raised by electricians, handymen, and construction workers. You have to fight to make your apartment livable, so much for luxury apartments, hmm? I'm paying $1527 a month for a barely functioning apartment. I could pay half that somewhere else and have a better apartment. If they see this review, they will know exactly who I am, and good. Nothing I've said is a lie and it's 100% documented. Maybe they will let me out of my lease early just to shut me up.
My husband and I have lived here for several months and love it. Our apartment is beautiful. The office staff is so friendly and always willing to help. Our maintenance requests are always taken care of right away. Our dog loves going to the dog park. I would recommend Ascent at Silverado to anyone looking for an apartment.
Ascent at Silverado Apartments is a great and safe place to live the management and maintenance staff are always on top of things and are very professional. The property is very well maintained. I always suggest to friends this is a great place to live. I have lived here for over ten years and since Mission Rock took over managing the property it transformed into a much more luxurious place to live.
Since I moved in I have had no major issues. A few fix it things but those were handled in a timely manner. Office staff are friendly and helpful and make me feel as If they care. I would recommend people looking to check it out.
I really like it here. For the past couple of months since I have been here it has been a pleasure to come home every night. The maintenance personal have also been wonderful by putting in bars in my bathroom for me to use since my accident. The office staff are a pleasure to speak with when I have questions or service to be done.
