I've been living here for 2 years now. its gradually getting WORST. The ladies in the leasing office are very rude and always have a terrible attitude, they arent welcoming at ALL!. Three of my close friends who lived here also for 2 years have moved because of the rude staff and lack of amenities. Them main office has been closed for the last 6 month + and it doesnt seem like anyone is working on it. The pool furniture is old and filthy, the gym is too small for more then 2-3 residents to workout at the same time, not to mention that the equipment is old and always broken. The EV charges used to be free but now you have to pay to charge. Pretty much all the amenities that sold us on moving here are gone along with the friendly staff. There is no quality control.. Unfortunately the bad costumer service is forcing us to move. Luckily there are much nicer apartments with working amenities, great staff, and even better prices!

I absolutely love my apartment! I am so happy I moved here! The staff is helpful and friendly. I love the amenities. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained. I couldn't ask for more!

Avoid at all cost!!!!!You get more information from Google about the property than the leasing team!!!! They tell you a move in date and when you arrive to move in they say oh your unit wont be ready for another 10 days no email sent regarding this issue they want you to figure it out yourself and all of them eat lunch at once no sign that says we are out for lunch or whatsoever they just stair at you from the back office I guess they get more appetite seeing customers standing

Save your money and look elsewhere! The management here is awful. This complex is going downhill fast. Lets see where do I begin. First off people that live here curb their dogs where ever they feel like including your front walkway! Can you imagine walking outside of your apt and walking into a pile of dog mess! If its not on your walkway or in your direct path its all over the main lawn near the pool area! Management is well aware of it but yet they do absolutely nothing about it! Imagine the quality of life with the stench of dog poop wafting through everywhere you go here! Disgusting! Again management turns a blind eye to it constantly! Secondly the appliances In the apartments are old and outdated. This is 2022. Not 1996!!Microwaves dont work, washers and driers are old and Archaic here! Why do I have to reheat my food at least 3-4x to make it hot in the microwave here?!!The washers here are problematic and the driers are not even worth mentioning! This complex is behind in the times compared to others that I have seen that have more up to date appliances and better quality of life. Oh let me not forget about the free for all with the joke of a gated community here! The gates are often broken or left open to anyone who desires to come on property! I dont feel safe or secure here with these lapses. How could anyone really? Coming here was a huge mistake on my part! Lesson learned! Save yourself the money and headaches and look elsewhere for safety, cleanliness, updated appliances and better overall environment!!This place is a major disappointment!!!
