Signed my lease a few months ago, Amber helped me. She was pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and accommodating. The day of my move in, my apartment was beautiful!! Rachel did my move in, she is also great to deal with. The 2 minor details were taken care of immediately. The maintenance men were friendly, quick to get in and out. Overall no complains yet, my neighbors are friendly and the community is pretty much quiet all the time. The other staff members i have encountered have all given great customer service.
This place offers extremely poor service. They want to regulate how you use your air conditioner. Moreover, you have to constantly call to have them fix maintenance issues. A lot of out dated appliances and power second hand maintenance staff. Will not invest in fixing the real ventilation issues, but instead they do patch up work! Can't wait to find a better place to live!
Lived there for 18 monrhs. During those 18 months my rent increased by $451. Very slow response to service issues.
I can't believe you're starting off your prices at such a high amount. Your building is approximately 30 + years old. You can get new brand new apartment just down the road for that price. I suggest your marketing team revamp it
HATE LIVING HERE!!! Endless problems, excuses, and issues that go unresolved. Maintenance and staff seem to have their hands tied. Can't do anything without Willmark's approval and Willmark won't do anything to help or provide compensation. HUGE turnover rates in the staff and awful customer service.
Dont let the pictures FOOL you! The grounds look awful, they keep removing more grass, landscape isn't cared for, chopping down mature trees, pool and equipment falling apart, hot tub usually is green and smells awful, the gym has broken equipment and the staff watches you as you workout with large windows, Mail theft and then didnt have mailboxes for 3 weeks, and they raised my rent over 10% for the first 6 months and more for the next 6 months. A $200+ increase in only one year- Crazy! Additionally, shut down large portions of the property with less than 24-hour notice and some didnt get notice at all to fix the road and started towing residents vehicles. People were heartbroken, angry, crying, and had the police over to fight them. We have hardly any extra parking, to begin with, and cant park on the street.
Promised the utilities would be no more than $25/mo and they have been up to $60 a month. At move in, My apartment was trashed, front door wouldnt shut at all and took 3 days to repair, 2 doors are damaged (never fixed), dishwasher leaked for over a year before they fixed it, washer didnt work for over a month, multiple light bulbs out in and around the complex, AC out over 15+ times and they wont do ANYTHING after hours (even with little children and elderly in the home), we have been without water 3 times in one month without notice. I've sent several emails with no response on ANY of them, made calls with promises of call backs and nothing, left voicemails with no follow-up, sent in letters with rent with NO follow-up, and called Willmark with NO HELP! I am not the only one who has these issues-I made a mistake and I hope you can learn from me!
