I will not be renewing my lease with this place. First of all we pay for pest control monthly and have found bugs crawling in the ins and outs of this place. I will post a yelp review with pictures if you guys are interested. There's always bugs in the pool. And when I first moved into my new apartment I found so many problems with it that they never came to fix. And if manintenace did fix the issue it was a half jobs. I'm talking about wood coming off the floor when it was suppose to be plastered down. Carpet coming off the floor and just "patted down" was the solution. Ebony was completely rude over the phone when I complained saying every first apartment that you walk into will not be perfect. Yes it will not be perfect but these half jobs don't cut it!!! It's always dirty too around the housing area kind of embarrassing for my friends to come by. By the way, I got hit with no smoking when I already signed my lease a couple months ago. This new rule changes in a couple months and I'm leaving my bad reviews and getting out of this place. There's scorpions all over the lights as well. Very well NOT taken care of. And my apt still remains to have all the issues thank you :) I would not recommend this place at all.
WORST COMPLEX IN HENDERSON. Major major major scoprion infestation in ALL buildings. Been stung and management/corporate does NOTHING about it. LETHAL BARK SCORPION INFESTATION AT THIS ENTIRE COMPLEX.
Dirty and the appliances keep breaking. Noisy neighboors and bugs tons of bugs around community.
Problems have gotten worse since NEW ownership. 1)POOL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED BY 10 PM (Filthy language being use at all hours of the night / AM hours. 2) Too many LARGE dogs on premises. What happen to weight restrictions ? Long time resident (just shy of 3 years) Will NOT be renewing lease, because of these and only these issues!
It would be nice if you guys kept the pool cleaner. There seems to always be some dirt and stuff floating in it. It also kind of makes me "iffy" about the pool that I cannot smell any chlorine at all.
My second issue is that recently the management team went around to all the apartments, and then I received a lease violation notice for having a pet. I dont mind paying the deposit for the pet, I just didnt have a copy of my lease and hadn't gotten around to going down to the office to let them know. The management teams note said that several neighbors complained about unauthorized pets which I think is a really shady practice to put in the letter when I am well aware that the management person who came in with maintenance for no apparent reason was just looking for pets. I also think its unprofessional that she didn't mention it at the time and then stuck a note to my door. I have no problems with the pet policy, I just think that it should have been handled a lot more professionally, and I dont think its okay for management to come into my apartment just to look for stuff like that. This is an apartment complex, and there is no room for prison-style "shake-downs" like that.
