Recently the managment here has changed, the new manager and the assistant manager are willing to go out of their way for you. If you have a problem just call and they will take care of it as soon as possible. We really enjoy living here, and plan on staying many many more years.
I moved into Timberlake apartments at the beginning of February. The amenities that i were shown were the pool, the gym and a Tennis/basketball court. Within a month the Gym was under construction and the Tennis court was torn down. The gym was sitting there under construction for 2 months while nothing was being done. I was told that the new management at Timberlake apartments did not even have the right permits. I was lied to about the gym, racquetball court and the tennis court.
I signed my lease 2 days after the new management took over not too long ago. Under the old terms, the water/sewer/trash charges were the same amount every month, just added to your rent. Unfortunately, because I was two days off, I got stuck with paying additional maintenance charges under the new management. They're also charging me a convenience fee every month. Oh, the maintenance charges...well, the grass hasn't been cut in 2 months.
Apartment has many amenities. It is clean and very quiet here. I moved here from out of state and really love it.
