Horrible management. They not only tried to wrongfully evict me right before the end of my lease, but then took out over $300 from my deposit saying that I moved out late when I didn't. I was never a bad tenant, always payed rent on time or even early, no noise complaints or anything and still got treated this way.

Horrible! Bed bugs, Ants everywhere, dirty all around the back of property, unsanitary, 1 maintenance man, management is incompetent and will complete ignore issues with in apartment, parking is horrible, gym is dirty. They only up keep the front of the apartment. There is currently a bed bug out break, they will tow your vehicle while sleeping, gym has poop all over the bathroom. I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE, RUN FAR AWAY!

My wife and I have lived at the property now for nearly 2 months. The property itself is very poorly maintained and dirty. The windows haven't even been updated since 1989 (per one of the office staff). If you have issues, the office ladies are very unhelpful saying that they only deal with leasing. So unless you can get there between the hours of 10am - 5pm, good luck with getting a hold of a manager.

Also in the 2 months that I've lived here, they are currently on their 3rd office manager.

They don't take care of maintenance issues in a timely fashion. They tell you that they will call you back or email you communication but they never do.

I've lived in several apartments all over the country and this is by far the worse that I've ever came across. I regret signing my lease.

Complex requires more resolution to tenant issues and not have them wait more than a week to review work orders.
