What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Dayton

I like that everyone in the neighborhood knows each other. So even while we arnt home you know that your house and belongings are safe. We all hang out during every big holiday.

We have some of the best beaches in the usa. We have amazing restaurants and we are a tourist destination for our beaches and theme parks

I can walk or ride my bike on backroads, say hello to neighbors, know that if I needed help my neighbors would be there for me.

The lots are at least 3/4 acre. The houses are not on top of each other. It is fairly close to the beach.

There are no local businesses; it is a residential neighborhood. The closest business is a mile away.
