I really enjoy living at the Villas at Dolphin Bay. Management is excellent all concerns are addressed immediately and completely. The environment is clean and friendly. The facilities are fabulous, clean and in brilliant condition.

I've lived here for over two years and have been really happy. The management works hard to keep the grounds maintained and are always friendly and courteous when I need them, and I like my neighbors, too. The master bedrooms are very spacious, with enough room for our California King bed and our dresser drawers. I also really like the huge pantry and gas range, which makes it a nice kitchen to cook in (although I'd like more counter space, but what serious cook wouldn't?) There are some things I'd like to be a bit different. I wish there was more space on the premises that dogs were allowed to be, my patio is really tiny, and there's not much storage space in the apartment. But they're fixed the parking issue by allowing each apartment up to two parking permits (one permit if you have only one person living there) so even when I get home late there are places to park. Also, they've just hired a new person for maintenance, so we'll see how that goes. All in all, it's been a good experience for me and is close enough to the freeway to be an easy commute to my job in Reno.
