Love this complex! It has the best value by far and I love that it is so private. Great layouts too.
I really enjoy living at the Villas at Dolphin Bay. Management is excellent all concerns are addressed immediately and completely. The environment is clean and friendly. The facilities are fabulous, clean and in brilliant condition.
These apartments have a great property manager who is always available to help when I have any issues.
The manager is cheerful, and effective. Facilities, grounds and apartment are well maintained. It is a secure, pleasant environment.
Apartments are quiet, management is very friendly, and maintenance requests are taken care of promptly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
